Dr. Lin does not take insurance. Payment is expected at each appointment, by credit card or check.  Dr. Lin can provide you with a superbill with the appropriate codes that you can submit to your insurance company.  Many private insurance companies reimburse some, but likely not all of the fees. Therefore, please be prepared for out-of-pocket expenses. 
Medicaid or Medicare will not reimburse for care at Juniper Psychiatry.
